Terms & Conditions

1. All natural gemstones supplied by us are carefully selected and quality checked. No refund or exchange will be applicable on premium quality stones.
2. Exchange is allowed within 7 working days only if the product is in original condition.
3. In case of return, 25% deduction will be applicable on the total paid amount.
4. Customized gemstone rings and specially ordered stones will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
5. Our laboratory report guarantees the authenticity and natural origin of the gemstone along with details such as weight, colour, cut and shape.
6. If any gemstone supplied by us fails the official laboratory test of the Geological Survey of India, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
